We price the job, not the hours. You get a written number before any work begins, and that number can’t grow mid-job. If we open a wall and find a genuinely different problem, we stop, show you, and quote it separately — your call, every time.
Do you charge extra for nights, weekends, or holidays?

What does the 12-month warranty cover?
Parts and labor on every repair we make, for a full year. If our work fails, we come back and make it right at no charge — no forms, no arguing. Manufacturer warranties on new equipment (like water heaters) run on top of ours.
